Daily you will know life continues and at an interesting pace for you. As previously reported the very old evil all over the earth is bubbling up so that it may be cleared and brought into the light. Those that have hidden their evil ways are being found out and will find their demise in various ways. Know that all of this cleansing is necessary to the ascension process. Be aware that the weather will change for many parts of the world and cause some damage. This is darkness pulling from the earths atmosphere and will be cleansed. Knowing the storms of life are there somewhere is normal but to worry and fret about them to the point of not sleeping is totally inappropriate. Sleep is the key to your body’s ability to heal itself and restore anything that may start to deteriorate. Restorative sleep must be done in order for the brain to rest and stay productive. When this sleep is not allowed because you are worrying or fretting there may be a break in what humanity calls realism and should this go on to long there could be a mental break. Rest your body, mind at least 8 hours each day and your body and soul will stay in good shape.
