We ask that our beautiful light workers do not assimilate the data of the USA or any other country at this time for the light being brought in carries with it unhealthy data and it is better to simply ignore it than to have it make a place in your psyche and take root. In 11 days the monumental shift begins in earnest and all will begin to feel that which has been going on in the non physical for months. And on this last day of July let us reflect on the wonders of the month and the way all has gone. These fires that have been continuing are necessary and will clear out years of growth that needs to be cleared to allow new growth. Because it is slight the smoke will not hurt your lungs at all so simply stay in more than out and all will be fine. The transition energies have gotten stronger and all of the vibrations are quickening. Know that as the shift moves forward the quickening of vibrations brings changes in your metabolism and your bodies will lighten as time goes by. Just a warning of what is ahead.
