Bring on the full of the 5th dimensional energies is what many light workers are saying and we say NO. Without the slow and easy influx of 5th dimensional crystalline energies humanity could indeed simply blow up. Into this life each human brings a piece of the puzzle for the massive transition. Some have bigger pieces than others but each and everyone born at this time are here to do their part. Know that your piece will become known to you and will be used at the exact time it is needed. Our goal right now is to prepare humanity for the larger influx of energy to come. Do your breath daily at least once (preferably more) daily to help transition.

On the outbreath simply know you are breathing out into the world that which you inhale. Do this exercise daily as often as you think of it to bring the 5th dimensional energy into this world quicker.

Today is not a day for folly but a day to work for the good of mankind. The summer solstice nears and the movement of the energies is palpable. Especially this solstice is stronger than most and will cause mankind to feel impacted in many unusual ways. Some may just feel edgy, some excited, some tired and some totally joyous. Loving all and allowing them to be whom ever they wish to be however they wish to be that is the most important state of being human. This is what free will is meant to be. Know that in all of the world there are so very few that are open to love and light and the speaking of angels and masters alike. There need not be a big fan fare around any of this simply a knowing that all is under control and that there will never be a way for you to loose this ability to speak and learn from the non-physicals. This virus that is floating around now is not Covid but the normal yearly flu that perhaps will make you feel not so well as before. There is no reason to worry for only you will feel poorly but not necessary to tell anyone for it will subside. During this time of solstice it is important to remain open and allow the dimensional energy to flow around and through you.

Wonky things will begin to happen that don’t seem to make any sense but then this whole ascension thing is a little strange for humanity to wrap it’s head around. We in the non-physical are very happy to help you adjust simply ask us what we might do to help with whatever seems to bother you the most. Feeling off balance all the time is definitely a symptom of ascension as the earth under your feet as well as those feet are working to move forward into the new dimension and also having a problem. See all that you are being changed minute by minute is an interesting problem. More of humanity is noticing than ever before but the change simply happens as it will.

💕Even as you feel there is a place for all things non physical we are going to open your eyes to new and varied disclosures. When you see a haze over something you are looking at, off times there is a form from another dimension overlaying that. If you feel there is something beside you but do not see anything, simply know that also may be a being from another dimension standing or walking with you for a time. Should you feel a warm hug or light embrace it is usually a being from another dimension that is there for you. Believe that all you think you know is changing and worry not about reality but be open to learn how worlds are created.
