According to those that know the process there are to be many changes in vibration and this will change the way your bodies work as a whole.  Be aware that as your bodies change there are different rules that will apply to keeping it fit and trim or getting it that way, whichever is the case.  Follow your internal guidance not that voice that has told you to jump, run, walk, or jog to stay fit.  Some of these processes do not apply.  Begin NOW to follow you own knowingness for that is where we are going and will stay.
