Becoming the totality of your soul is exactly what life in any form is about.  Know there is always a way to be of service for not all need to work only in the physical world.  Your help in the etheric is just as important as others help in the physical world.  There is a whole that you can feel so simply think of your arms encompassing that whole with love.
