Just know there are a myriad of things humanity does that they have no memory of. Do not judge yourself next to your neighbor as their memories or non-memories will be different from your own. Believe in reincarnation for it is real but the necessity to dwell on it is not. Simply know who you are in this incarnation and be thankful.
