Beloveds all have simply asked that in your times of turmoil you ask yourself this question. Is this simply trauma or is it life threatening? Life threatening means you need to quickly decide on your movements to keep your body in this dimension. Trauma can be physical, but most times it is simply mental/emotional and deep breathing will put you back on the proper channel. Life in general throws you curves and corners but that’s the pleasure of being physical, enjoying the small pleasures.
