Becoming crystalline 5TH dimensional beings of light will help humans remember where they came from and what they are doing here.  According to historical data humanity has only been on earth for 3,000 years or so but not to worry it’s really been many more for the planet fell from grace and higher dimensions in order to save so many humans from destruction.  This transition into the light and energies of the 5th dimension is taking several years in earths time but that is to transition as many humans, plants, animals and all that is earth as possible.  Older humans probably feel the shifts more but just know your transition is assured.
