There is no below there is no above only levels of energy as the 3rd, 4th, 5th dimension.  As those on the earth plain transition into the 5th dimension there will be turmoil that indeed will be healed.  No way will the old heavy darkness of the souls will ever win this battle.  During transition there may be pain and strife but always you will come out on the highest and most powerful side of the change.
