Settling into the transition month of September gives your mind and body a chance to heal and blend together for the wondrous happenings to come.  There is a place for action and a place for reaction but also a wondrous place for contemplation.  Be in the moment and do that which your body asks of you only.  Pushing for unrequested activity will only cause stress on the body and pain as the healing is occurring.
