Into the face of danger goes the mighty Elohim.  That is what you are feeling this day and it will dissipate as the day goes by.  There is nothing you need do but continue on your daily journey.  There is so much happening in the ether that humanity is unaware of but fear not for God has this.  Bring your best healing energies and know sending them into the earth is how you will be helping to heal and move earth into the dimensional shift.  Yes, this shift to the 5th dimension is what is called the shift of the ages as well as the end times.  It is no way an apocalyptic event as it’s been going on for quite a few years now.
