Blessings/miracles need not be huge to be exciting.  As humans get older they consider waking up in the morning to be a great blessing!  In our non-physical state we consider everything to be a gift from our Creator and give thanks continuously.  There are many ways to give thanks and it can be as easy and quick as a quick verbal Thank You or as long as a prayer but either way your thank you is processed here in the heavenly realms.
