Moving into the world of form is made in several ways.  The most frequently used is the birth of a child that will grow up to become a member of the community and hopefully will now listen to their inner being and know where their talents are needed.  Another way is the pop in and that is a very interesting example of God’s grace and miracle.  When there is a strong need whether it be family, local, or governmental a human can be produced, placed into the dimension and move about as if born and raised here.
