Even as you awaken to a new day know that all in the Universe is rolling into the joy of the day, week, month, year for all is new and bright.  Like a candle imagine yourself to be a bright light in the world of form.  Breathe deeply of Gods love and light.  Pull that breath down to the earth so the earth and all in an on it will also become brighter.  This our beloveds is life in form.
