Believe in the power of divine love for it is the most powerful of all things in heaven and earth.  Pray (ask God) for all you wish to come true and the firmament will begin to move to produce that which you ask for.  Remember that sometimes what you ask is not meant to be, especially when you are asking for others.  Also, there is always the free will factored in.  You may be asking for something the other person does not wish to happen.
