And into the endless days of co-creating a new earth go the mind-altering choices of the real and true health and happiness of the human form.  Always since creation the human body has been a protective barrier for the soul which lives forever in the time space continuum.  Simply know that caring for it brings unlimited love from the nonphysical energies and that humankind does not truly know it all.  Much of the gimmicks for weight loss and health are simply gimmicks and will not work properly as described.  Know that if you believe (truly believe) your body will heal and become the magnificent barrier it was always meant to be.
