Blessed are those that help others no matter how small.  A smile is a beautiful way to bring sunshine into the lives of oh so many.  A smile is the light from your soul to the outer world and expresses your excitement for being here and sharing joy.  Laughter is even better for it brings the joyful sound into the world of form as well.  Know that of all the blessings joyful laughter is one of the best.
