As your day progresses simply know that all is moving in the Universe and you as well.  Even if you felt as if you were on a roller coaster and then got off dizzy, that dizziness will ware off after awhile and life will return to that which you know.  Each part and particle of the shift of the ages will be different for you but all is part of the huge ascension into the 5th dimension.  Internally as well as externally, all is changing, growing and becoming that which our Creator always wanted it to be.
