Amazing are the ends which the devious ones go to in order to bring darkness to cover all.  Your job unless you are already given differently is to breathe in the light and love from God as often each day as you are guided.  The Prana(life force) that you hear of is the life breath of all living things in all the Universe.  Breathe in knowing it is God’s love you are bringing into you and breathe out knowing that this breath brings the love of God into the world of form.
