As the summer turns into fall, we in the non-physical wish to tell all on earth that you may experience pain and heaviness of form while this ascension occurs.  Do not concern yourself enough to go to the doctors or hospitals as it is just ascension symptoms and will go away as the shift is finalized.  Be thankful for these signs and know all is working for the good of all.
