I AM my I AM presence and I ask my body elemental to make itself as ONE with Mother Mary today and every day.  And so it is, beloved I AM that I AM.

This is a daily ritual we have asked that you do each morning as you awaken.  Know that as the days move by your body will heal itself to become as you have asked.  It is no secret that God has given you everything you need to be healthy and happy so simply use this ability and thrive.
