This day we (The Company of Heaven) wish humanity to know that we have been visiting and helping your world since the beginning of its time in the Universe.  Know that never have we intended to scare or intimidate your planet we are simply here as a guide directing that which we can to help your humanity.  Now that your government has acknowledged us, we can actually do more to help.  Never fear us even though we look different simply know there is nothing to fear.   As earth moves into it’s 5th dimensional place in the Universe we will be at hand to help those that feel lost and keep all safe and guide any stragglers.
