Understanding your roll in this the time of ascension is important but to humanity may seem oh so easy.  All there is to do for you is to follow the requests of your angels and know it is enough.  Know that daily meditation/time alone with your I AM self is oh so important.  Being in spirit and with spirit at this time is mandatory as ascension energies grow and build.  There are energies coming into your body that are helping to change the DNA to a higher energetic footprint.  Know this new feeling is Of God and that relaxing into this newness will help your ascension process become easier.
